I bought this toner on the strength of two good reviews and as the product was a good price also I thought I would purchase because all seemed positive.
The toner, when added, took a good few sheets of paper before the printing looked ok, which resulted in my wasting a lot of paper plus toner.
The toner itself smells really funny on the paper and the printing fades also. I also noticed the toner also transfers to the skin on my hand and when I highlight parts of the printing, the toner rubs of on the paper.
I will never buy this product again, I would rather pay double price for a genuine Samsung toner cartridge than buy a sub-standard toner which I received from this seller.

Used this printer and these Samsung replacement cartridges for about 18 months, and am entirely satisfied. I need reliable high-quality B&W printing for my professional work, and prefer to pay the bit extra for the genuine refills. (Probably the compatible ones are fine, but can't risk being held up with my work by a faulty unit.)
Also pleased to see that Samsung offer a free return service for the empty unit, rather than just dumping it in landfill. You simply put the old one in the cardboard box, and print out a return pre-paid Royal Mail label from the Samsung website.

The container for the toner is a nice matt black color and will enhance any office space well - the toner is a matching dark black so a very nice combination overall. It slots into the printer easily and looks very snug.
